Status

These Terms are a placeholder. The final-form Terms will be published before Shiftend opens public sign-ups; this page exists today so the footer link doesn't 404 and so early-access partners have a written understanding.

Today, in plain English

• Shiftend is provided as-is during the early-access period. We don't guarantee uptime or feature availability the way a GA product would, and we're honest about that with every partner during onboarding.
• Your data belongs to you. We process it on your behalf to deliver the platform, in line with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell it. We do not use it to train AI models.
• Pricing during early-access is locked at the rate quoted to you in writing. We don't change it without explicit renegotiation.
• Either party may terminate during early-access with 30 days' written notice. Your data is exportable for 90 days after termination and permanently deleted within 180.
